Licensed, not owned

Products are licensed per purchase — not resold, redistributed, or sublicensed.

Sales are final

Digital goods deliver instantly, so refunds only apply in specific cases below.

01 Accounts

You need an account to purchase products, submit support tickets, or apply for a role at AeriumStudio. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and provide accurate information when registering.

02 Products & Licensing

AeriumStudio sells digital products — Minecraft plugins, Discord bots, and related software — under a per-purchase license. Unless a listing says otherwise:

  • A license is tied to the server(s)/account you register it to and is not transferable without our approval.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product or its source code.
  • We may issue updates, patches, or discontinue a product at our discretion; core functionality already purchased will continue to work unless a breaking platform change (e.g. Minecraft/Spigot API changes) makes that impractical.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass license validation is prohibited and may result in license revocation without refund.

03 Payments & Refunds

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (including GCash, Maya, bank transfer, PayPal, and select cryptocurrency). All prices are as displayed at time of purchase.

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once a license has been issued, except where:

  • the product is materially non-functional and we're unable to fix it within a reasonable time, or
  • required by applicable consumer protection law.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in your account and licenses being suspended while we investigate.

04 Support & Tickets

Support is provided through our ticket system and may involve an automated assistant before a staff member takes over. Response times are best-effort and not guaranteed under any SLA unless separately agreed in writing (e.g. for custom development contracts).

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use our products or services for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, or defraud others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or licensing infrastructure;
  • abuse the support/contact system with spam, threats, or repeated bad-faith submissions;
  • impersonate AeriumStudio staff or the AI assistant.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

06 Job Applications

If you apply for a role through our site, you're submitting your name, email, Discord handle, and any portfolio link or message you provide for our team's review. You may not submit a new application while a previous one is still pending or under interview, and there's a 30-day cooldown after a declined application before you can reapply.

07 Intellectual Property

All AeriumStudio branding, site content, and product source code (unless explicitly licensed to you) remain the property of AeriumStudio. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it as described above — not ownership of the underlying code.

08 Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeriumStudio isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products — including server downtime, data loss, or lost revenue — beyond the amount you paid for the relevant product.

09 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may stop using our services and request account deletion at any time by contacting support — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data after that.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of AeriumStudio after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
