Some ticket replies may initially come from our AI assistant before a staff member takes over. Your message content is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We don't use your support conversations to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to generate that individual reply.
We share data only where necessary to run the service:
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal/accounting purposes. Ticket and contact message history is kept for support quality and dispute resolution. You can request deletion — see Your Rights below.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. We use standard safeguards (HTTPS, session protections, access controls) to protect your data, but no online system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session — nothing beyond what's needed for the site to function. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
AeriumStudio is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
