By accessing or using any service provided by AeriumStudio ("we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to our website, Minecraft plugins, server utilities, and web solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

AeriumStudio provides digital products and services tailored to Minecraft server owners, including:

• Custom Minecraft plugins and server utilities
• Web development and design solutions
• Server setup, configuration, and ongoing support
• Dashboard and panel integrations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

To access certain features you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aeriumstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before work begins on any custom order or project.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the deliverable has not yet been delivered. Once a plugin or digital product has been delivered and acknowledged, refunds are not guaranteed but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and restriction from future services.

All content, code, branding, and materials created by AeriumStudio remain the intellectual property of AeriumStudio unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered product for their stated project. Reselling, redistributing, or claiming authorship of our work without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Open-source components used in our work are governed by their respective licenses, which we will disclose upon request.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our proprietary code without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or community members
• Use our services to violate Mojang's Minecraft Terms of Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and services without refund.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our services.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, Minecraft server software updates, hosting providers, or incompatibilities beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeriumStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or server downtime.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
